Having launched on July 13, the antiracism fundraiser organised by Galerie Number 8 and Paper Journal is in its final week, ending on August 10.

The Time Is Now: A fundraising initiative in aid of black lives supports the Black Lives Matter movement by donating all profits from a raffle and sales of specially produced posters to charities helping to uplift and support communities in fighting against ingrained and systemic racism. The proceeds will be split evenly between The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust (UK), the Marsha P. Johnson Institute (U.S.), Pay The Rent (Australia), and La Vérité pour Adama (France).

Each poster, costing either €60 or €120, features an artwork donated by artists including Djeneba Aduayom, Lois Cohen and La Straussphere, with each purchase also including a free raffle ticket.

Up for grabs in the raffle (a ticket for which costs €20) are photo-books, limited edition prints, signed artist prints and t-shirts produced exclusively for the fundraiser with images by Campbell Addy and Kyle Weeks, all kindly donated by a number of artists and publishers.
