One of ARTnews’ Top 200 Collectors, Jamie Botín has been accused of smuggling the $27.4m Head of a Young Woman out of Spain… again.

This time, he faces an 18-month prison sentence and a €52.4m fine (roughly $58.3) for stashing the Picasso painting away on his yacht to Corsica, despite its export being forbidden by the Spanish Ministry of Culture due to its historical importance.
