The Banksy work (or rather the pieces of it) exhibited in Germany

The painting at the heart of one of the best publicity stunts in the history of the art market, "Love Is in the Bin", was sold for £1.04m at Sotheby's in October, before shredding itself into fine strips just seconds later.

The work will be exhibited at the Frieder Burda Museum in Baden-Baden from February 5 through March 3. The institution's Director, Henning Schaper, stressed the significant role played by the work in the democratisation of art. More on this available  via The Art Newspaper.
