The works are being offered for auction by Steve Lazarides, Banksy’s former agent and gallery owner, who is now known as a pioneer of street art in the gallery world. The gallerist however credits his success to Banksy, whose prints he used to sell out of the trunk of his car, driving from Bristol to London. It has been suggested by some that it is Lazarides is the mysterious Banksy.

Bonhams to auction Banksy masterpieces
Bonhams London has announced the inclusion of 30 Banksy prints and two sculptures in their contemporary art sale, taking place on January 28, 2015.
