A second art space for Pearl Lam in Hong Kong

Article
It seems Pearl Lam’s empire is expanding at a rate of knots across Asia. Already boasting four galleries in all of Asia’s hotspots - Hong Kong, Singapore and two in Shanghai – the reigning art market mogul is opening a second space in the Pearl of the East.

Already well established in the Pedder Building, where global giants including Gagosian are housed, Pearl Lam galleries is to inaugurate the second space on March 5 2015 at the SOHO 189 complex in the Sheung Wan district.
Whilst the Pedder Street space will continue to exhibit internationally renowned, established artists the new space will act as a platform for emerging artists. Whilst Western artists might occasionally be exhibited at the space, the focus will principally be on contemporary Chinese art.
