Dominique Lévy Gallery has announced the expansion of its New York gallery at 909 Madison Avenue. Galerie Perrotin, which has shared the building on Madison Avenue, will move to a new location in early 2017. The first show to be held in the newly expanded gallery will be an exhibition pairing works by Willem de Kooning and Zao Wou-Ki, due to be held in January 2017.

Following the request by Senate Finance Committee chairman Senator Orrin G. Hatch for larger scrutiny into some eleven US museum’s tax-exempt status the Senate has submitted the results to the Internal Revenue Service. The results show that whilst certain private institutions do put into place advantageous schemes for visitors, others seem to benefit their donors only with huge financial breaks. The Centre Pompidou and the K11 Art Foundation have announced the appointment of Yung Ma as Curator of the Contemporary and Prospective Creation Department at the Parisian institution. Ma, currently curator at the M+ Museum of Hong Kong, will take up the role starting from June 13. Read more on artnet news

After five years at Gagosian, American photographer William Eggleston is moving to David Zwirner gallery. Eggleston’s debut show at David Zwirner will be a solo exhibition titled “The Democratic Forest”, due to take place next November. The New York Times has more.

East Wing gallery, Dubai, has announced that it will represent Finnish artist Maija Tammi, whose work has been exhibited in Finland, Croatia, Germany, France, UK, Japan and USA. More information is available via East Wing’s website.

MACAN, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary art in Nusantara, Indonesia, has revealed design plans for its 43,000-square-foot space, due to open in 2017. The museum — designed by MET Studio Design Ltd. — will boast a 23,000 foot exhibition space, an indoor sculpture garden and spaces for educational and public programming.
